Our school fosters a culturally diverse learning environment, with campuses spanning from Kindergarten to Grade 12. We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as the Principal for our elementary division (K–Grade 6). Position Summary The Principal provides comprehensive academic, operational, and community leadership for the elementary division, ensuring seamless alignment with the school’s overall educational goals and the secondary campus. Key Responsibilities Instructional Leadership: Oversee instructional programs and lead WASC action planning. Staff Development: Supervise, evaluate, and provide professional development for teaching staff. Operational Oversight: Manage daily campus operations, internal/external communication, and school events. Culture & Wellbeing: Maintain a safe, inclusive school culture that promotes student success and wellbeing. Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the Upper School leadership team to ensure curricular continuity. Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Education, School Leadership, or a related field. 5–8+ years of leadership experience (International school experience preferred). Strong understanding of the US curriculum (Common Core). Proven experience in teacher supervision and instructional improvement. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage a multicultural community. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with WASC accreditation processes. Leadership experience within the Korean or broader Asian educational context. Background in elementary or early childhood education. Working Conditions & Benefits Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:40 A.M. – 4:40 P.M. Salary: Competitive, based on a salary scale commensurate with experience, degrees, and qualifications (Starts from KRW 70 million). Benefits: * National Health Insurance & Pension coverage.
