Every year Gwangju city promotes to hold international cultural festival. Gwangju offers you a metropolitan city life while you can experience Korean traditional culture, because many surrounding cities of Gwangju still keep Korean traditional architecture and houses as they were built long time ago. Also, within 30 min of travel, you can go to a lot of beautiful beaches near Gwangju.
