Required Visa Documents:

Due to a new E-2 Teaching Visa law from Immigration, a Criminal Backgroud Check is an essential document that must be provided. Applicants who have crime records other than minor things such as speeding tickets, alcohol possesion under age, etc., are not eligible to meet E-2 Teaching Visa requirements. Still even for minor records, Immigration requests sefl statement for Applicant to write those records are clear now.
